Ang Commission on Higher Education (CHED) noong Monday ay nag -issue na sa University of Santo Tomas at National University show-cause orders na nag-re-require ng kanilang paliwanag kung bakit hind sila dapat bigyan ng show-cause order dahil sa pag-violate quarantine protocol.
Ang kaso ay nai-elevate na sa DOJ para ito ay ma-evaluate kung sila nga ba ay nagviolate ng rules ng IATF.
“That’s why the intention of the show-cause order is to allow them to answer. Let’s not talk about penalties at this point. We want to clarify based on the CHED advisories which were based on the IATF on the possible violations.
Although, ayun parin kay De Vera “ that ,there was no denial , by both schools that training camps had been conducted and are “factual events,” It is still premature to make conclusions at this point without the presence of a show-cause order. “
Para sa CHED, ang show-cause order laban sa the two universities ay ang kanilang sagot sa allegations na sila ay lumabag nga sa mga quarantine protocols that was put in place mula March.
At higit sa lahat, umamin naman daw ang dalawang schools na nagviolate sila. Ang UST ay nag bigay din ng mga pangalan ng kanilang mga studyante na umattend ng “bubble” training sa Sorsogon.
Kahit naman umamin na ang dalawang schools eh napakarami din naming evidence against them. Bakit kasi niyo nilabag yung protocols? Hindi ba dapat kayo ang unang unang nag papakita ng good example sa mga kabataan? Isang Catholic School at isang National School?
